Legal
Privacy notice.
How information submitted on this website is used.
This notice describes how DataSavant Software handles information submitted through the public enquiry form. It should be reviewed and adapted to the company’s operating locations, retention schedule, and applicable legal requirements before production launch.
Information collected
If you contact us, we collect the fields you submit, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, service interest, budget range, and project description. The form also records a submission reference and the time consent was given.
How information is used
We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request, route it to the appropriate team, and maintain basic operational records. We do not request passwords or sensitive personal information through this form.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in the website’s configured SQL Server database. They should only be accessed by authorized personnel who need the information to respond or administer the service. The website queues a reference acknowledgement to the submitter and, when configured, a notification to the designated enquiry address. Email content is protected at rest in the database outbox and terminal email records are removed after the configured retention period.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information should be retained only as long as needed for follow-up, legitimate business records, and legal obligations. For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the contact form and describe your request. Do not include sensitive information.
Security
The site uses server-side validation and request protections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the site or its data practices change.
